Autism Eye has become the official media partner for the new Autism Show, the UK’s first national event for parents, professionals and individuals on the spectrum.
Up to 3,000 people are expected to attend the show, which takes place on 24 and 25 June at ExCel London (pictured).
The organisers say visitors will be able to access more face-to-face advice, support and information on autism than anywhere else in the UK.
Autism Eye will publish a preview of the event in our next issue, due out in June. We will also have an exhibition stand and chair one of the show’s discussion events.
Among the highlights of the new Autism Show will be:
- 1-2-1 Clinics, where visitors can talk to specialist clinicians and professional advisors in free 20-minute personal consultations
- The Autism Matters Theatre, hosting a programme of in-depth talks on key issues
- The Workshop, an open-plan space offering a range of practical ideas and strategies
- More than 50 suppliers of products and services
