International autism specialists Tali Berman and Sean Fitzgerald come to London in June to host a three-day seminar, Unlock Your Child’s Potential, training parents of children with autism in their pioneering Whole Child Approach.
Whole Child Approach
Contrary to more traditional methods used to treat autistic children that largely focus on a very isolated and segmented area of growth, Tali and Sean’s uniquely integrated Whole Child Approach is centered around four pillars – communication, life skills, learning, motor and movement – all of which are rooted in a single foundation of social engagement.
Paramount to the approach is believing in the true intelligence of a child (whether they are able to communicate understanding or not), using their interests and motivations to inspire meaningful growth and empowering patents to have the tools required to facilitate this.
Comprehensive method
From toilet training and healthy sleeping and eating habits to becoming more social and connected, this comprehensive method enables parents to unlock their child’s potential, whilst providing them with the confidence and clarity that comes from knowing how to best help them.
Having both trained together professionally in the US, Sean and Tali applied the knowledge and tools gained from their 40 years’ combined experience to create their progressive technique.
They have served hundreds of families with autistic children around the world, successfully training parents to run home play programs for their kids.
