At the Royal Albert Hall, relaxed performances are for everyone. The less formal environment may benefit autistic people, those with learning disabilities, those with dementia, or anyone who may prefer coming to the venue in a relaxed setting.
Relaxed attitude to movement and noise – with chill-out spaces
The Hall’s Relaxed Carols performance offers a relaxed attitude to movement and noise in the auditorium, plus ‘chill-out’ spaces around the building – you can move, dance, sing or just listen to beautiful sounds of the 9,999-pipe organ.
These special concerts have become a festive favourite over the years and 2021 is no exception. This year, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Richard Cooke, along with the Royal Choral Society and the National Youth Choirs of Great Britain will sing the world’s favourite carols, with organ accompaniment.
Enjoy the spectacular surroundings of the Royal Albert Hall for what’s set to be London’s finest carol concerts of the season.
