Jessica Kingsley Publishers is known for its pioneering list of books on autism and neurodiversity, but this year we’re taking on a new challenge – bringing our fantastic authors and readers together in one virtual room, for our first online conference; Connected by Autism.
Six days of learning, discussion and understanding
The past year has challenged us all, and the live events we’re used to attending have been sorely missed. An idea was sparked in the JKP autism team – could we bring our content to the community in a new way?
Now, from 22-27thMarch, through six days of presentations and conversations, we hope to create an accessible space for learning, discussion and understanding. With each day based around a theme important to the community, such as receiving a diagnosis, mental health and wellbeing, and intersectionality, we’re offering our readers unprecedented access to the expertise and experience of our authors.
