Even though everyone hopes the Covid situation will improve next year, it may be sometime before prospective students can easily tour colleges they are considering as part of the next stage of their education and personal development.
Experience the education that Beechwood College offers
To allow new students to experience the education Beechwood College offers its students, the college will be hosting a virtual Open Day in the Spring.
Highly praised by the Welsh education regulator, Estyn, for the quality of the SEN educational provision it offers its students with ASC conditions, the College will be showcasing a full day of its usual curriculum.
Sensory circuits and live classroom activities
Activities will include the opportunity to attend their ‘wake up/shake up’ sensory circuits and then join in with live classroom activities encompassing topics such as creativity, vocation, digital aspects, healthy living, and communication.
Anyone who registers to join in will be notified in advance of the simple resources needed so that students can get actively involved with all the activities.
There is even the chance to join in with one of the weekly Student Union quizzes.
Email us for details
The date of the virtual Open Day will be announced in the New Year, but if you are interested in joining the virtual Open Day or receiving a link after the event, email openday@beechwoodcollege.co.uk and we will send you further details as soon as they are confirmed.
