Journey towards a diagnosis
Our friendly team make the journey towards a diagnosis of autism or ADHD stress-free, and can accommodate requirements that will make your experience more comfortable.
Wellbeing was formed in 2017 from an organisation called Provide CIC that provides front-line NHS services and now serves over four and a half million people.
Our assessments are conducted to National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) standards, using the NHS recognised framework, and are available through a GP referral in addition to self-pay options to allow you maximum flexibility.
Our Services
We offer the following services from our locations in Chelmsford and Halstead, Essex:
- Optional Virtual Consultation – if you choose, you can speak to a professional from the comfort of your home to understand whether an assessment could help you or a loved one.
- Initial Assessment – this pre-assessment consultation is essential to establish the clinical history of the person being assessed, and to offer advice on the assessment process and its suitability for you.
- Autism Assessment – following the NHS framework, our team can assess children and adults using different tiers of the framework. Taking place in a relaxed environment, the results of the assessment are presented in a clear report that can unlock access to further support.
- ADHD Assessment – this assessment can offer a diagnosis of ADHD, along with tips and advice to manage its associated behaviours.
- Post-Assessment Support – it can be difficult to know what to do following an assessment, whether you have a positive diagnosis or not. We offer workshops, comprehensive FAQs, and a support directory to help you understand your options and the available avenues.
