Find out about Practical Skills Therapeutic Education
The Trust has developed a unique method over 30 years, Practical Skills Therapeutic Education (PSTE). We would like to invite you to find out more and even experience our method first hand.
We are launching a series of monthly Forums in London, beginning on 23 November 2018.
These Forums will provide:
- An explanation of the proven expertise, which provides students with holistic role modelling and positive relationships in the field of arts, crafts, commerce, agriculture, nutrition, living skills and the environment
- Insights to the unique research that underpins the method
- Access to Ruskin Mill Trust experts to discuss details of the process and programme
- Experience working with a craft
- Guidance with the choosing of the right provision and next steps
- Legal expertise
- An opportunity to ask questions and to discuss your unique situation.
Our principals, head teachers, trustees and experts will be on hand to answer questions about how our bespoke, practical and creative 24-hour curriculum for independent living and work delivers outcomes as it monitors and measures progress.

About Ruskin Mill Trust
Ruskin Mill Trust is a charity founded by Aonghus Gordon in 1987 with one college in Gloucestershire.
Now, more than 30 years on, the Trust operates five colleges, two specialist schools and a life-long residential and training provision for adults in the UK, as well as opening recently in California.
International recognition has spread as far as China.
The Trust has helped thousands of young adults with behaviour and learning difficulties and disabilities, including autistic spectrum behaviour.
With the many challenges faced by parents and local authorities, Ruskin Mill Trust strives to work in collaboration for the good of the child or young adult. We help them towards a meaningful lifestyle, as well as social integration.
