An exciting event for autism parents: the Treating Autism Roadshow, a half-day event packed with important information and opportunities for parents to learn new things, make new friends, and find new energy.
Two wonderful professionals and one parent speaker will be sharing their knowledge, experience, and simple nutritional tools to help improve autism behaviours and symptoms and make a positive difference to your child’s health and quality of life.
Talk 1: ‘Easy Nutritional Strategies for Autism’
Simple tools to help improve negative autism behaviours and make a positive difference to your child’s health and quality of life. Presented by Lucinda Miller, Family Naturopath.
Talk 2: ‘Autism – Beyond the Basics’
Stella Chadwick, Clinical Nutritionist and Specialist in Autism Spectrum Conditions, will be taking a closer look at some of the more complex and often-overlooked issues, in order to help parents recognise and manage child’s problems.
Talk 3: ‘Treating Autism is a Journey – One Family’s Autism Journey’
Lilia’s mum Irina will share their family experience of how nutritional support and ABA programme helped reduce disabling autism-related symptoms, what helped Lilia and what didn’t, and the positive impact of sharing experience, knowledge and support with other autism parents.
Tea and coffee with snacks during the morning. Lunch and social event during the last hour, giving parents and opportunity to relax and talk to the speakers, to our TA team and to other autism parents.
