The ethos and passion behind ACE-SEN Consultancy was to provide a much needed service for schools and parents at an affordable price.

Nicola Durrant is a dyslexia teacher and assessor, alongside having a Master’s Degree in Autism.  She worked for 13 years as a specialist advisory teacher for a local authority.  She is a Mum to an Autistic daughter with a PDA profile.

The launch of online zoom training was established due to the lockdown in March 2020.  Providing training for £5 meant that everyone could afford access to professionals who were also parents of SEN children.

Event

Come along and learn about the female presentation of Autism.  It is very different from the male presentation.  Many females are wrongly mis-diagnosed with mental health conditions and slip through the diagnostic system.  This has to stop.

With greater understanding and recognition, autistic females can get the understanding and support they deserve.  Suitable for school staff and parents.
