What do we offer?
We offer a variety of different settings including residential homes, residential homes with nursing and independent hospitals across North Wales and North West England.
The individuals we support in social care services benefit from an approach that uses Active Support, Person Centred Planning and Positive Behavioural Support to enable people to be in control, make decisions and achieve what is important to them.
Those who are being supported in our health services benefit from clinical input that delivers progressive, expert interventions in supportive, rehabilitative environments that enable positive outcomes.
